- Items purchased on the U Los Angeles website can be exchanged for merchandise or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service within the specified timeframe.
- Exchanged items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

- Credit for online purchases will be issued to your online U Los Angeles account or contact us for help.
- We do not offer refunds or returns.
- We reserve the right to refuse transactions that do not meet the above conditions.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
